Deborah Clemons – President Caribbean Development  GGTS Caribbean

A dynamic and perceptive leader, Deborah brings fresh ideas and talent to any forward looking, innovative business venture,  She is an expert at delivering an integrated approach to new business development, marketing, advertising, and sales force outsourcing.  She has used her skills to facilitate building client’s revenue streams across the nation. Ms. Clemons has embraced the essential need to reduce global warming through the development and use of Renewable Energy.   As founder of HCNRG Solutions, Ms. Clemons honed her renewable energy skills in the solar installation field.

As a personal and professional endeavor to reduce global warming, she has dedicated and focused her skills in bringing green energy solutions to developing countries.

With over 25 years as a seasoned sales and marketing specialist, she has proven performance in revenue growth, strategic marketing and customer relationship management.  Her approach to corporate leadership and vision coupled with extensive background in strategic tactical planning, brand management and team building makes her a valuable asset at HCNRGSolutions in generating both short-and long term growth.  Ms Clemons holds  a certification in small and large scale solar installation systems and has help positions  as a Business Development Officer for Commerce Bank, and a National Director of Sales Services for Tommy Hilfiger USA.

Andre Powell – CFO GGTS USA

Andre Powell comes to GGTS USA with over 43 years of experience in Management Accounting as well as Financial and Operations Administration.   Mr. Powell’s  career began with Turner Construction Company on a $50 million project for the General Services Administration in Lower Manhattan, NYC.  Mr. Powell has work in accounting and financial positions as Controller, Accounting Manager and Director of Finance for non-profit and for-profit organizations. 

He has held positions with The Marriot Corporation, Independent accountant for the Corporation for Olympic Development, Public Accountant and an Auditor.  His forte is management information systems including cash-flow planning and analysis and budgets and budget variance analysis.

Kevin Slater – Sr. VP Development  GGTS Caribbean

Mr. Slater brings GGTS Caribbean over twenty years of experience in marketing, business development and management and a vast knowledge of Caribbean business.  His background has been in offering technology solutions, project management, maintenance management and other consultancy services, all using green energy efficient technology solution both in the public and private sectors.

His business development skills have created strategic business opportunities for Trinidad & Tobago, Caribbean and U.S. based Clients .   As the Managing Director and Founder of Slater Industrial Equipment and Services LTD. and The Slater Group of Companies, he has successfully negotiated large contracts for U.S. Companies in the Caribbean.  Mr. Slater has also worked with Med-1Partners, The Link Group and Beacon Limited as Vice President Caribbean Operations Director.

Luther Dickens  - Equipment Technology Advisor

Mr. Dickens has been advising and working with GGTS UA=SA for over 15 years delivering a world class equipment technology that has enabled GGTS to deliver a building system second to none.  He serves as GGTS equipment specialist liaison to ensure our commitment to R&D remains steadfast on the most up-to-date systems to better serve our global client base.

Mr. Dickens serves an inventor/consultant with over thirty three years of experience, in the caps and Global Green Tech Structures Panel technology business.  Mr. Dickens studied and Virginia Tech where his focus was on thermal technology and the evolution of its future uses.  Mr. Dickens has traveled the world advising businesses, governments and Country leaders on the benefits of structural insulated and thermal technology. 

Channing Baker -  President International Construction GGTS USA

With over the years of experience in international green construction, Mr. Baker brings his expertise as engineer, estimator and superintendent with Turner Construction.  Upon graduating from Morehouse College with a degree in  Business Administration,  and  a second degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in  Civil Engineering w/ strength in Construction Management.  Mr. Baker was hired by Turner Construction Company as an assistant estimator and built a portfolio of projects that span well over $1 Billion.  Mr. Baker also has experience as a superintendent on Mezzo Condominium in Atlanta GA where he managed the $1.7 million concrete structure and site work package, the immediately following his position there transitioned to an engineering position at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center in Atlanta Georgia.

In college, Channing focused on "Sustainability" and was the lead on multiple projects including: Developing a "Natural rain water recycling system" for Georgetown, Guyana in South America. Channing has also helped broker, estimate, and build multiple residential and commercial projects throughout the Caribbean, including projects in Trinidad, Antigua, and Aruba. Channing has estimated over $500M of projects for Global GreenTech Structures and SureCrete International LTD,and oversaw all product material testing for ICC, and ICBO testing agencies. Channing was instrumental in early developmental Engineering/Design (CAD) of Global GreenTech Structures, and recently, he has presented Green Building Marketing (ThermaGreen Steel Structures) presentations and proposals for multiple international outfits including Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport and the Free Trade Commission in Antigua.

In 2009, Mr. Baker began serving as Project Engineer/Superintendent on the Level 2 Concourse E Renovation at the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson airport.    Mr. Baker continues to find new ways to build a more environmentally friendly world.  Channing is longer pursuing a G.C licence or Leed certificatio.

Dwain Allahar – Sr. General Manager Caribbean

As GGTS Caribbean General Manager, Mr. Allahar brings specific experience in the areas of business p planning, logistics, administrative project management, project management occupational health and safety administration, project development and contract administration.

With a B.SC in Business Management coupled with over twenty years experience in the construction industry, Mr. Allahar has been sufficiently prepared for the challenges his position with GGTS  Caribbean brings.   At seventeen, Mr. Allahar started his career path in Alpha Engineering and Design Limited and progressed towards garnering the position of Managing Director of Deux Drops Construction Management Company LTD.  A high energy, environmentally conscious and goal driven Executive, Mr. Allahar approaches each challenge with an open mind while embracing the tradition of proper and ethical business practices.
